The first time I've come over for the inspection, there's Nice and Friendly lady welcome at front entry and professional real estate representative sales Benjamin to answer all the questions. And the apartment is well presented to all the inspectors. I've arrived early about 40 mins for my second time inspection, he arrived to the property early too and start preparing for inspection. I've always been informed and updated with the property information at the first time. And he sent me all the documents I might needed with very detailed and informative manner. I didn't went for the auction as my personal circumstance has been changed. But I've also get update massage and email from him for the auction results.
