I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Ben for all the support he provided in being able to purchase a property in the Balmain/Rozelle area. Although we ultimately didn't purchase a property through Ben directly, he supported us throughout the whole 6 month process, keeping us up to date with new properties that were being sold through Belle Property and also other agents in the area. Ben was an excellent source of information throughout the process and has excellent insight to the Inner West property market, especially the Balmain Peninsula. I would definitely look to Ben in the future for any information on the Balmain Peninsula and definitely consider Ben and Belle Property for any of my real estate activity. David Lannan.

Benjamin is very committed and focussed. He is very flexible and always makes himself available. We were very comfortable that he would take care of our house sale. We would be happy to recommend Benjamin to others.

Benjamin was very helpful and patient over the process, I feel he had great market knowledge and being very honest and transparent. so I can trust him a lot. I would definitely recommend him to my relatives and friends if they need any assistance.

Ben is highly professional and is a great communicator. Ben was focused on our best interests and his campaign strategy was well-founded and effective from the outset. We felt like we were Ben's only client given the attention we received, as he was always available to answer any queries calmly and efficiently. Ben achieved a sales result far beyond our expectations and managed a high level of interest throughout the campaign with. Ben communicated well and promptly with the prospective sellers and remained focused on our strategy throughout. We believe Ben was an enormous asset to our campaign and we could not have had a better agent. We would recommend him to anyone.

Ben's local knowledge, professionalism and wonderful interpersonal skills make him an agent who's a cut above the rest. His attention to all details and preparedness to help out beyond his remit was greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others, both buyers and sellers.

Ben goes above and beyond. He is very professional, always follows up, somehow remembers everyones names. I found Ben to be a genuine individual who provides excellent service and results.

Benjamin was a great help to us in finding a new home. We dealt with him in relation to two properties, and both times he was extremely helpful and diligent. He was willing to arrange additional inspections, even when these were out of his normal working times. He kept us up to date at all times with the estimated value of the property. This was particularly important due to the limited supply of similar properties, and high demand, and it was difficult for us to estimate the property's value. The price was within the range that Benjamin had indicated,. We would recommend Benjamin to any buyer or seller of residential property.

I will rate Benjamin Martin's service 10/10. The first time I've come over for the inspection, there's Nice and Friendly lady welcome at front entry and professional real estate representative sales Benjamin to answer all the questions. And the apartment is well presented to all the inspectors. I've arrived early about 40 mins for my second time inspection, he arrived to the property early too and start preparing for inspection. I've always been informed and updated with the property information at the first time. And he sent me all the documents I might needed with very detailed and informative manner. I didn't went for the auction as my personal circumstance has been changed. But I've also get update massage and email from him for the auction results.

Working with Benjamin has been a good experience. Quite often what an agent tells you and the fact are about as far removed from each other as is possible. Dealing with Benjamin, refreshingly, this has not been the case. He displays effective communications skills and a high level of integrity. What more can you ask for?

Ben completely exceeded our expectations. From the outset he ran a tight, professional campaign. His weekly written reports were thorough and gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions. His interpersonal skills were phenomenal, as was his organisation. All the above meant that on auction day, the price we received was completely beyond what we thought was possible. Thanks Benjamin and Belle Property.

After interviewing several real estate agents in Balmain I settled on Benjamin Martin from Belle property to sell my apartment in Balmain East. I was impressed with his attention to detail, knowledge of the area and work ethic from the very start. I told Benjamin from the beginning that I wanted a premium price for my property as I was under no duress to sell. He met the challenge with a level of determination and enthusiasm that I have not seen from a real estate agent in the past. His level of communication with me during the entire auction campaign was outstanding with daily updates via calls, email and SMS. At all times Benjamin made me feel like I was his priority, even though he obviously had other clients at the same time. If you want to achieve the best price and at the same time receive the best service when selling your home, Benjamin Martin from Belle is your man!

Based on our experience with Benjamin and his genuine enthusiasm for achieving the best results for his clients we would be happy to recommend him as your next property agent.
