From day one Ben's approach was courteous and straight forward. This is literally the first review I have ever written but feel compelled to tell our family story, as a way of helping others, when deciding on which agent to choose. Unfortunately after losing our mother and father this year, in close succession, we had to sell two seperate deceased estates, with two different agents and our experiences couldn’t have been more contrasting. We chose Ben to sell our fathers home and we chose another local agent to sell our mothers home, at the same time. We could not have been more happy with Ben. He was a complete professional, who guided us through the process and shielded us from a lot of the stress and irrelevant data, which really only adds to an already complex experience. He communicated in a clear and concise manner, without bombarding us with numbers and stats. He listened attentively to our wishes and needs, instead of talking over us and ignoring our concerns. The biggest and most important financial difference with the other local agent was that Ben was right on the money with his PRICE RANGE. Unfortunately when we chose the other local agent, we fell for the oldest trick in the book of going with the highest price range and this was our biggest mistake. I haven’t written this review to personally attack the other local agent, hence why I have not mentioned their name but I’ve done this as a warning to others, don’t make the same mistake we made. The other local agent was approximately 20% outside the final sale price and had to drop the price guide by $500,000 in the first week! We trusted her through the process and as a family, feel somewhat deflated and disappointed in the final price and process. We wished we had used Ben for both sales and feel very confident that we would have received a better price, if we had. We feel Ben is the agent you need, in a tricky market. He is diligent, works hard and is simply more honest and transparent. If you choose Ben as your agent, you won’t be disappointed.

Ben was easy to work with. Straight shooter without over promising. We were really happy with the result. It is always a difficult time selling and buying. His demeanour and professionalism was reliable. Hope to work with him again. Happy to recommend him. Would not hesitate.
