We had been looking for a property in the inner west without much success. Benjamin called me after a colleague of his whom I had been dealing with, Ada, passed on our details about a new listing. We had been stressing before hand as the market had changed quite a bit, but thanks to the team of Ada, Ben and Chad our property search is now thankfully over as we were successful in purchasing the property. Going through the purchase process too was so easy for us. We are delighted. The property is in an area that we don’t know very well, and after chatting to Ben about this, he emailed us lists of places to eat, parks to visit, local shops and general things to do in the area. This wasn't the firs time we had dealt with Ben on a purchase, and before that as buyers.
