Bernadette and Vincent were an absolute dream to work with! It's been nearly 20 years since I sold a property and I'd completely forgotten what an impact it has on your day-to-day life. Harbourline did their utmost to minimise disruption, while still working amazingly hard in a very strange market (due to COVID-19) to keep potential buyers coming through my door. It was an amazing experience having Bernadette from Harbourline Real Estate as our agent during the whole process of selling our Lane Cove unit. As we were not very keen selling our unit at the start, Bernadette suggested to put it onto her private market in which she has thousands of built-up customers looking for suitable properties. Because of that, we did not have to spend a cent on promotion and advertisements! Thanks for the screening process she put in place, we ended up having a few crucial inspections of our unit, which was great as interruptions to our daily life was kept to a minimum and, as most property sellers would agree, tidying up a place for open inspection is both tiring and time consuming. After each inspection, Bernadette gave details of her observations and follow up actions and recommendations. Even then, we did not think that our place would be sold, not to mention that it was sold so quickly at an unexpectly good price that my wife and I were both very happy with!
