Bernie did an absolutely amazing job with the sale of our property. He kept us informed at every step of the process and nothing was ever too much bother. He was extremely hardworking, professional, friendly and efficient and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their property in the greater Rockingham area.
I'm so glad that we listed our home with Bernie to sell. He was very professional and efficient. We had a particularly difficult tenant and Bernie was extremely patient and tactful, reassuring her throughout the whole process. He went over and above to ensure that the whole sales process was as smooth as possible, and he keep us well informed at every step of the way. I absolutely recommend him to any prospective vendor. Service and expertise doesn't get any better than what Bernie delivers.
Bernie did a great job in marketing my property to achieve a quick sale at a price I was looking for. His negotiating skills were perfect to help achieve a great result for both parties and I would certainly recommend him to others looking for a smooth and stress-free sales experience.

Bernie was very professional in his knowledge and shared his experience to help me with all my questions . Bernie kept me informed of any changes that can occur and give me a full run down of the whole process from the start ,which included regular emails with any information that was discussed. I would recommend Bernie and his company to anyone seeking to put their property on the market. A true gentleman.
My experience with Bernie was very good.. easy to communicate with, a relaxed comfortable feeling for a hard to deal with situation.. having to sell my Moms home as a deceased estate. Thank you Bernie..😁
Bernie has just sold & settled our home in Port Kennedy. We gave him a lead time of 10 days for him to sell the home in the new financial year. Bernie presented us with an offer on July 1st and we were all sold the next day. Bernie has gone above and beyond at every step of the sale, while our house was vacant and we were so far away, he even took the bins out. He provided us with local contractors, cleaner, plumber and they proved to be just as reliable as Bernie. Very happy clients, thanks Bernie.
