Bernie's professionalism, knowledge & communication I could not fault. With how hot the property market is at the present time, the real estate agent could sit back and relax however not Bernie. He wants to make sure that everything goes smoothly and if there is a hiccup, how quick can we resolve it. I would definitely recommend Bernie.
Bernie if we could give you more stars we would!! You have a been a delight and thank you for making buying a house so enjoyable! You have been kind and honest and very approachable!! So this is the second time that we've used this great guy, who does a great job! BERNIE works tirelessly, knows the area, the houses and the prices he is likely to achieve for the seller. There is no "guess work"! We say, quite simply, give BERNIE a go, you will achieve what you desire! BERNIE has one of those rare commodities in a person, he cares! Don't take my word for it, give BERNIE a go. You won't be disappointed!
Bernie was excellent from start to finish! He is very knowledgeable about the property market and gives good advice. He was willing to go the extra mile to help me and I appreciated his professional attitude and assistance.

He responded to all our concerns and questions promptly and kept us up to date during the entire process.
