Besim is professional but also extremely personable. My sale proved particularly problematic, due to factors outside his control, but he remained upbeat and positive throughout. He went above and beyond in terms of hosting viewings late in the evening so potential buyers could see the view from my apartment at night, and his unflappable approach helped me stay calm (or at least calmer) during a pretty stressful process.
