Besim showed me the full range of skills required in taking my property to market in a climate that was changing very quickly. His estimates of the price to offer - and the likely price to be achieved -were much closer to the final mark than my own - and proved to be spot on. He took a lot of time to understand my property and how to put it to market - and communicated regularly with me on progress - even when the situation was turning difficult as the recent market decline quickly took hold. I was overseas for some of the time during the sale campaign and he went to quite some lengths to make sure he could reach me and properly communicate what was happening.
