I did not deal with Beth Ferguson on this particular sale, however I dealt with Michael Ferguson. Michael was easy to get along with and very efficient. He responded to my calls & queries quite quickly & I found him fair with the negotiation process. He & his colleagues also organised the signing of the contract & legalities very quickly for me, which was appreciated. All in All, a pretty good experience.

Beth was very familiar with comparable real estate and demonstrated a strong track record of house sales in the area. She was able to commend on schools, facilities and even neighbours in the area. Things that were important to us as a young family. They were easy to deal with and listened to our needs. There was no 'selling' involved. It seemed that both the vendor and buyer were being taken care of. She was always available on the end of the phone during the high pressure time of contract exchange which made the process manageable and a lot less stressful than it could have been.
