We found Betty very easy to deal with and responded quickly to most queries. I had not, as the title indicates, sold a house before, so I was very keen to establish a fruitful relationship with the agent. I was particularly impressed with both Betty's level of experience, knowledge of local communities and her understanding of the vagaries of the market. One small negative was I did have a few difficulties with some communications, particularly once further team members were brought on. This mainly involved there being too many lines of communication (email, phone, text, WhatsApp), and there were a few small misunderstandings. Otherwise, I was well pleased with the overall professionalism Betty provided and, indeed the final sale figure.
