What a breath of fresh air. After going to many home opens, leaving our details with a dozen or more reps & not hearing back from a single one, we were put onto Bev. She listened to our needs & took us around to more home opens (not just her own listings!) where we encountered some of the reps we had seen at other openings previously. We live in a society driven by more not fair... in the case generally of real estate agents.. more commission not fair commission. Bev was the opposite in respect of more, she saw an opportunity to sell our home quickly and did so professionally and ethically without being greedy, working so hard and her communication was fantastic. We met Bev at the home open in May. Bev was very co operative and provided us with all the information that we required to consider making an offer, she is very professional at all times and her knowledge of real estate is second to none. After the inspection We decided to make an offer on the home and met with Bev on a Monday and proceeded the all the documentation to present an offer to the current owners. As we live in Bullsbrook we had to travel home and arrived about 4.30pm then received a phone call from Bev advising us that our offer had been accepted. On a number of occassions we have had to contact Bev with various queries which she attended to in a very professional way. Settlement date is the 29/6/19 with the final inspection being arranged for 10/7 days prior to settlement. Be is a true professional and her knowledge of the industry is beyond question. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bev to anyone requiring a great agent.

On our first meeting I felt comfortable and did not feel that I was being given the standard speil. You know just to get your business. Bev listened to all my requests and answered my concerns in regards to the current market. I am a savvy sales person and was not prepared to have a "yes" person selling my property. I wanted someone who was smart, honest and had great communication skills. I did not want a standard agent who just went through same drill and wanted to get me on the books. Bev gave good feedback and had my property listed within 12 hours of signing the contract. Throughout the whole process Bev replied to all my messages and email requests super fast and went way an beyond my expectations.
