We were having quite a rough time looking for houses before finding Bev. I'd been pre-approved for about 300k & had the ability to put down 20%, so we were quite serious in looking for properties. We'd looked around on our own for about 2-3 months, and even though we were in the right area & the right price-range, we just weren't having much luck finding a place that fit our needs. We also were dealing with quite a few disinterested agents from other agencies. When my mother met Bev when she was showing a of the property in the Mandurah area, she was willing to listen to our needs & took us around a small host of houses we'd never seen. We found the right place pretty soon after, and Bev was helpful all throughout the process, liaising between us & the owner's agent, & always available for advice & to arrange things along the way.

Bev was so good to deal with. As a buyer there is nothing worse than an agent who follows you around a property telling you everything you can either see or read about a property. Bev does none of this. We were given all the time we needed to look around in peace then once we had a few questions Bev was there to answer them. We had a few issues along the way and Bev was available and more than happy to help us sort them out. This has been our best experience when dealing with Real estate agents buy far!

Throughout the marketing period Bev was always professional. She communicated regularly and kept us updated on dealings with prospective buyers. It is a very difficult market and although the sale price was slightly lower than what we anticipated, we were not unhappy with the result.
