Bev was great to communicate with and made the process of purchasing easy

Bev! Thank you so much for everything you did for us! You are really something special! You helped to make what could’ve been a stressful situation into an enjoyable one. We have bought a property through you and also sold one through you now. Your experience, wisdom and customer service made each sale not feel like a transaction but instead a special milestone moment. Selling/buying a property makes the property not feel like a house but truly a home. We feel like you’re part of our family now! :)

Great service, smooth and comfortable.

Bev was clear and helpful and straightforward, felt comfortable trusting what she said.

I found Bev and Katie to be professional and trustworthy and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Bev Heymans as an outstanding real estate agent who has a very in-depth knowledge of the local real estate markets. We have known Bev for many years now so when it came to listing our home it had to be Bev. We have always found Bev to be extremely professional, with a delightful personality who has great attention to detail, and her excellent ability to close a sale is nothing short that MAGNIFICIENT.!!! We are truly appreciative of the time you spent with us and your hard work and dedication has paid off. Congratulations. Olive & Rob

Bev is a true professional This was a tough one as the apartment market is difficult at this point and she was honest from day one. Continually working and altering strategy as we went Bev got a decent result for me The final price was due to market circumstances and I feel could have been much lower without such a flexibile, seasoned professional on the job Much appreciated

From the start of my home selling process, Bev has been very helpful, professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. Bev was always prompt and patient in providing me with advice and guidance throughout this property selling journey. I wish to thank Bev and the Acton team for selling my property, and I will highly recommend Bev to anyone wishing to sell their home!
