We recently purchased a property listed by Bev Heymans and found her a pleasure to deal with. She was incredibly knowledgeable about Cottesloe, responsive to all of our questions, and was very helpful during the whole process. While we don’t expect to sell anytime soon, if our circumstances change, we would not hesitate to do so through Bev.

Bev sold our unit recently and the experience was excellent for us. Bev is very professional , kept us up to date, and the result was a good sale for us.

As always Bev was professional, organised and attentive. Her feedback and advice was helpful and I achieved a great result. Look forward to working with Bev again!

Bev went above and beyond our expectations to ensure the sale of our home, satisfying our very specific requirements at every turn - she is an exceptional agent in every way.

Dealing with Bev from start to finish was extremely professional and a stress free experience. Bev was very helpful throughout with advice on choosing our settlement agent and acquiring information for us throughout the settlement period. Nothing seemed to be a problem. The most divine celebration gift on settlement. We will use Bev again without hesitation. Another note, was the presentation of Bev and her staff that we met, was immaculate. First impressions count. Thanks Bev. Regards The Harts

My dealings with Bev were very positive. Bev is friendly, courteous and in contact on a regular basis, giving confidence to the purchase process! Would happily use Bev if the need arises.

Bev was very pleasant to deal with, very professional and extremely thorough throughout the purchase process of our property.

Her knowledge of the market was up to date with the current situation. I always felt she had my best interests at heart. Bev was true to her word and always told me to truth.

Bev helped us to sell our house while we are leaving overseas. From start to end she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure a smooth process. Bev liaised with our tenants to prepare the house for sale, she helped to organise repairs and managed the settlement process on our behalf. We would highly recommend Bev.

Bev worked really hard to help us move into our new home. She was honest and reliable and enduringly respectful. I highly recommend her

Bev is extremely professional and handled the sale of my property with efficiency and without fuss. She managed the entire process from beginning to end seamlessly, providing regular updates and bringing the sale to a conclusion within a timeframe that was entirely beyond my expectations. At no stage did I have to initiate any follow ups as Bev provided me with relevant and important updates as and when they occurred. The entire process including selling the property while it was leased happened smoothly.

What an absolute pleasure it was to work with Bev Heymans on the recent purchase of our new home. We found Bev to be really approachable, efficient and has a superior knowledge of the market. It was quite a process to secure the house we wanted and Bev was patient and persistent. We really appreciate her no nonsense approach and the fact she was very willing to really listen to us. We are thrilled with our new home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bev to anyone wanting to buy or sell.
