Bev has got great knowledge of the local market and works hard to get good results for her clients. From a buyers perspective I found Bev to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive and respectful of her clients wishes as well as solid in her approach to me as a buyer. She gave me good advice tailored to my situation and needs and I felt comfortable that there was a great outcome for both the seller and myself as the buyer. I certainly achieved a purchase of a great property that I am happy with.

From the outset Bev was genuinely interested in helping us to find our new family home. It took many home-open inspections and much consideration before we decided to make an offer on a listing Bev had for a place that we all loved. We finished moving in yesterday. It’s without hesitation I’d recommend Bev and her team to anyone looking at a property transaction in the Perth western suburbs or beyond.

Bev, is the ultimate professional. Clear with concise detail, great communicator with the personal touch for both sellers & purchasers alike. Tenacious & driven work ethic to achieve the best result.

Bev was a pleasure to deal with from bid to takeover. She confidently, impartially and reliably negotiated on behalf of both parties and then provided a seamless transfer of ownership.

Bev's support for the initial purchase, renovation advice and final sale of our property was excellent. Over the 4 years that we owned the property, Bev was often in touch and readily available to help with any property or market advice we needed. The final sale was well executed and a great outcome. We look forward to working with Bev on the next property.

Bev helped us secure a new home that exceeded our expectations. We had missed out on two homes in the previous months and Bev gave us the confidence to secure our new home while providing an honest and efficient service.

Bev was professional, strategic, honest and communicative. She helped prepare the house for sale, had a ready-made roster of buyers, and worked long hours to make sure as many potential buyers as possible were given the opportunity to purchase. And when it came to putting together a deal, Bev acted in our interests at all times, ensuring that we got a price in excess of what she and other agents predicted was market value. Could not have been happier with her service and would highly recommend Bev.

Bev and her team were a pleasure to deal with, Always happy to discuss options, provide advice and listen. Much appreciated

Bev is efficient and professional, an excellent real estate agent!

All I can say is thank you thank you thank you! Bev went above and beyond and helped me through a very emotional and very difficult sale, through out it all conducting herself with the utmost professionalism and integrity while also being extremely compassionate and supportive. I could never have had a better agent or a better result the final price being almost smack bang in the middle of the price bracket Bev gave. If you want a smart agent who gets great results with integrity honesty and care,I highly recommend Bev Heymans. Bev Tears of gratitude are flowing as I write! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
