We sold in a difficult market and frankly were unhappy with the price received. However Bev got plenty of people through at inspection time and was assiduous in following them up. She was easy to communicate with, always responded promptly to our questions and was always on time for appointments. She was able to negotiate a significant increase over the initial offers. Had we been able to achieve the price we wanted, we would have been happy in all respects with Bev's service. Whether we would have achieved better with another agent or by hanging out for higher offers, we will never know, but we do think Bev is head and shoulders above other agents with whom we have dealt.
