Although we were disappointed with the final sale price we achieved for our property in Cottesloe, we realise that we were selling in a very difficult market and basically had to chase the market down over 6 months. However, Bev worked very hard to try and sell the property and opened the house twice a week and kept us well informed of interested parties.
