The decision to work with Bev helped us in many ways along our sale journey. Firstly it was to influence and speed up a builder who took exceptionally long to complete the build including fixing minor defects. Then Bev helped with all the marketing material and had the property receiving so many views. Leading to multiple interested buyers. She then carried out the negotiation process behind the scenes and provided us with an offer well beyond our expectations. Afterwards there were multiple requests by the buyer which Bev was involved with responding to via the Conveyancer as well. I was very happy with the service I received from Beverley on the sale of my investment property.
When looking to sell my Brisbane property, I was recommended Bev by a real estate Agent who works (and had recently sold my other property) in the Sunshine Coast. He spoke highly of Bev as she had recently sold a property for him. I thought "if a fellow agent liked her and would use her again, she MUST be good". I got Bev's number and called her. At the time, the market was quite hot and I just wanted to test the waters to see what price I might be able to achieve. Bev was never pushy with me as I was not certain yet on selling. She went out on an "off market" basis to some buyers and came back to me with ballpark pricing range. They were good numbers, however I was tied up with tenants in a lease still. As the market was booming, after talking with Bev, we decided the best plan, was to sit on the property a little longer to see what the market did (hoping it would continue up) and ride out some of my tenants lease time (as it was positively geared). Bev would touch base infrequently. She was always very warm to me and wanted to know how I was going, discuss the build of my own home in Newcastle, etc. She came across very genuine and always had a minute to chat - not just "all business". Many months later I finally decided to commit and go to market. Unfortunately the market peaked months earlier and was on the decline. Again Bev was very honest and open about this, but now I needed to sell to support the build of my own house. We went to market and it was very apparent it had cooled off. Inquiries and attendance to open homes were minimal. I feared I would have to rethink my price range and accept a much lower price. After about 6 weeks on the market, Bev found me a buyer and they made an offer. It was a number I was ready to take if I had to. Bev worked her magic and negotiated with them over a couple of days. In the end she got $10K ABOVE the highest price we had discussed/hoped for. I couldn't believe it. HIGHLY recommend Bev to sell your property!!
It was a long process from when we first saw the house to actually putting in an offer and getting finance but Bev made us feel at home every time we walked through the front door. After searching on the market for 2 years, it was such a breathe of fresh air to find not only the right home, but an amazing agent handleing the sale. We have encountered agent after agent who could NOT answer the most basic questions about a property they were selling, nor did they seem to have even a basic understanding of building laws. Beverely is NOT one of those agents. Bevereley is the agent you want to SELL your home. Beverley was able to every answer every question we had about the property, the area and the market. She had an above average knowledgable about the buying/selling process and the intrecicies around the steps within, including finance, building and pest etc etc. The thing we appreciated the most, was that we never felt that she was working only for the seller. Bev was at all times working for both parties, effectively negotiating and providing appropraite solutions, to reach a mutually benefical agreement. 10/10 would recommend Beverley to sell your home.
