Absolute scam artist, takes your money and then tells you about all the problems with your property after settlement, ( broken gate, leaking roof, dirty house) I understand that we are in a flood water crisis, however anyone with any sort of conscious would delay settlement or be truthful about what is happening during this time. Very dishonest person, steer clear, we are now left to deal with extensive repairs to living room ceiling due to heavy rain along with cleaning up the mess from the previous owner, very unpleasant experience, the only people that won out of this sale is Bev and the seller, bad karma coming towards both of you
