Fantastic Auction campaign with lots of engagement and follow up by Mario after each 'open', with weekly meetings in the lead up to Auction. The Auction didn't get the turnout desired so Mario advised to postpone to private sale which turned out to be the right decision. He immediately rescheduled inspections whilst contacting previous potential buyers until a suitable offer was accepted shortly after.
