The reason Mario has been unbelievable was because we were in a very awkward situation where we only have three weeks to rush sale and we were mentally prepared to make a substantial loss before the auction. However, Mario and the team have done a marvelous job for the past 3 weeks by keeping us updated and informed with all the inspection results, giving us the confidence of a potential good sale, to be honest, we were still not that confident and making profit is something we would never dare to cross our mind given the awkward timing, until Mario and the team have proven their strength and word in the auction last Saturday which is the last auction before Christmas. The final price has well passed our reserved price and we ended up making a substantial profit out of the sale. I genuinely thank Mario and the whole team of Harcourts for their endeavor throughout the whole process and delivering on the hard remarkable sales result.
