Fantastic Auction campaign with lots of engagement and follow up by Mario after each 'open', with weekly meetings in the lead up to Auction. The Auction didn't get the turnout desired so Mario advised to postpone to private sale which turned out to be the right decision. He immediately rescheduled inspections whilst contacting previous potential buyers until a suitable offer was accepted shortly after. Mario, communication, Fantastic. Rang us up after every open house, with numbers of people viewing the house and buyers feedback. He left no stone unturned. Was honest telling us approximate how many buyers were legitimate and interest. And as it happen we had 5 bidders on the day. With a fair result for these times. Mario was positive about the home but also realistic. Having to sell in a declining market was nerve wracking but Mario walked us through the process. He is hard working and did what he said, attending all the opens and following up prospective buyers, and debriefing with us after every inspection. Overall we were very happy and he achieved a good result for us.
