Just want to say a massive Thank you to Matt. Our house officially went on the market on a Friday afternoon and by Tuesday we already had a contract put on it 😲 during these trying times he has made our experience nice and easy. We had 3 realestate agents come through our property and not only was Matt the one that thought he could get the better price for our property than the others there was quiet a fair bit of difference in the fees.
