I had my property for sale with another agent for well over 6 months without any offers. I removed the property from sale for about a month then reviewed all agents in Burnie online and saw that Matt had received some great reviews. I was a little skeptical of "on line reviews" but thought i would give him a go. I found Matt to be very knowledgeable on the local market and we agreed on a sale price.
