Michelle supported me right through the process of selling our property. She checked in, answered questions and kept on top of the whole process. Thank you

Bought a lovely unit very satisfied

Michelle’s market knowledge, communication and professionalism is outstanding! She is direct & quick to sell our property. She considered and met all our needs beyond expectations. We are very greatful for her excellent service. A big “Thank you” Michelle and to your team at O’Brien. Well done!

We bought and sold with Michelle, both properties during lockdown when all on-site visits and inspections weren't allowed. We managed everything seamlessly with Zoom sessions, guided photography of our property, really fast turnaround on getting everything online, and a lot of interest from people who were keen on securing something in our area. We listed online Wednesday and sold with one open for inspection on Zoom on the Saturday! We are really happy with the result we got and couldn't recommend Michelle highly enough!

Communication and organisational skills were fantastic. Very Reliable and helpful to me and my partner.

Michelle is the agent you absolutely need to use when selling your home. This was our second time selling with Michelle and would definitely use her services again. Michelle and her whole team at O'brien real estate made to whole process of selling our home, from our first meeting with Michelle through to sale and settlement, an easy and stress free process.

Well informed, great procedures to move forward with supplying knowledge for clients to make them confortable.

Absolutely thrilled to have chosen Michelle to sell our property. Always so prompt with her communication and the team at O’Brien is outstanding especially through the ever changing restrictions through the current lockdown.

Michelle obviously has a great work ethic, has a great skill set for real estate therefore a great person to have in your corner when selling, has done a super job selling our home Michelle’s team are very attractive and great to work with, just a pleasure and a happy experience from start to finish

Professional and excellent communicator

Michelle sold our investment home off-the-market. She approached us with a buyer when we indicated to her months prior that if the price was right, we would sell. The house sold for the highest price on the block and I have recommended her to friends and family. She made the entire process easy & seamless!

This is our second encounter with Michelle (bought our house through her back in 2015) and we could not be happier with our experience. Michelle made the time to meet with us at our availability and was always available to us day and night 7 days a week which gave us confidence that she was providing full support and guidance when it was needed. Michelle made us promises from day one what she would deliver to us price wise and she achieved that…. Price achieved, done in a timely process and with feedback throughout the entire period. Michelle’s team are also a great asset to her and the company. They would support us on top of Michelle’s work in any area needed from keys to opens and anything in between. We recommend anyone wanting to sell their home to reach out, speak with and use Michelle…. You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you Michelle
