Michelle knowledge of the area l selling in is always nothing short of brilliant Michelle has always hit the sale target set between us Michelle has so many different ways to sell and has no problem changing changing strategy mid sale if needs be I have used Michelle for several sales now and would recommend her to anyone If you want to know what you will get for your house rather than being sold a lie by another agent Just to get you on there books talk to Michelle and get what you want

Michelle is one of the best realestate agents she can do miracles, she is very professional and will get the best deal for her clients, she is very reliable, trustworthy and efficient.

We had confidence that Michelle could deliver us a good result in a tough climate but she did even better than we could have imagined. Anyone selling would have to be crazy not to appoint Michelle and her gun team.

If your selling your house there really is no alternative to Michelle. After walking the suburb in the evenings we had noticed for a while that Michelle Stephens seemed to be on nearly every for sale sign with a sold sticker proudly displayed. We started talking to the people who had sold and they all said the same thing - Michelle was perfect! After a quick check online to see Michelle had sold more properties in the area than anyone else we decided she was the one to sell our house. We called her up literally the day VIC went into lock down and she reassured us from the start it wasn't going to be a problem. We ended up leaving early and Michelle and her team looked after our house, sold it for above our expectations and took care of the settlement whilst we were 20 hours away. The process was stress free and she held the reigns so we didn't even need to think-everything was taken care of! If your thinking of selling give her a call, you will not regret it!

Right from the moment we signed up with O'Brien for the sale of our property in Carrum Downs, Michelle and her team - Bree, Jay, and others, have displayed a very high degree of professionalism. Michelle had excellent knowledge of the strategy needed to achieve the maximum sales price for our unit and implemented that strategy right through to the closure. We are delighted with Michelle and her team and highly recommend them to any seller in the Carrum Downs area.

Michelle and her team lived up to expectations and reputation as an excellent agent in our area. The selling process was efficient and professional. Communication from the team was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone else selling in Syke/Carrum Downs area.

We heard Michelle was a gun seller, we had watched her properties sell quickly and above expectations. We were concerned with changing market conditions. We needn’t have worried. We followed her advice. The house went on the market. We had offers on the first day. We sold 3 days later. We sold above what we had hoped for. It was amazingly simple. They are professional, courteous, responsive and really really good at what they do. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. You want results? This is where you come.

We interviewed a number of agents who all were lovely, all fighting for our business but Michelle came in from the get go, was very direct in her approach with a no bulls..t attitude. Very happy with the end result, thanks a million and would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Michelle would always get back to me and was always polite. As were the other people of the office. Our purchase of our new home was easy with no hassles. A positive experience.
