We found Michelle and her team to be extremely professional in their approach to selling our investment property. We needed to sell quickly and Michelle achieved that for us. Michelle’s team all work very well together and kept us well informed at every stage of the process. We would definitely recommend Michelle and the O’Briens team at Carrum Downs.

Michelle’s approach and professionalism from greeting us at the door to handing over the key was a great experience. We had no firm intentions to purchase the property but Michelle knew how to persuade us and pursue the sale in the best interest of us the buyer and the seller of the property. It was a very pleasant experience and we are super happy new home owners and we highly recommend Michelle and O’Brien Real Estate to friends and family and to use Michelle for our next investment property.
