Michelle is very good as a real estate person she kept me updated we had communication twice a week at least just touch base and before I know my house was sold for great price and if you want to your house to be sold quick as possible I advise you to give Michelle a guy she’s a gun cheese

I found Michelle and the team marketing skills very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the near future

We would highly recommend Michelle to anyone wanting to sell their property. We found Michelle to be very professional, approachable, bubbly & very thorough.

Michelle is a true professional and genuinely nice lady. I greatly appreciate her knowledge and hard working ethics .She has delivered what she promised and what I expected. I would highly recommend Michelle and the OBrien Team to anyone who has future Real Estate needs.

Michelle is a very good agent, we understand the market was a bit slow when we tried to sale our property. But she helped a lot to bring new buyers through, so finally we can sale the property within our expect time range. Although the price a bit lower than what we want, we still happy to receive this result. Thank you.

Michelle demonstrated to us the professionalism you expect when buying or selling your biggest asset. The process was quick, and she kept us up to date with what was happening. The entire O'Brien network co-operate across locations so that all O'Brien agents are aware of what their colleagues are listing in other local suburbs. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome when selling our house. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle is a fantastic local agent who didn't just talk the talk but came through with the goods. She understands the local market and the type of buyer which suited our house. From our first appointment with her, she made us feel at ease and made the process as smooth as possible.

"Great local knowledge and finger on the pulse, got just the right price I think for both us as sellers and also for the buyer. Despite one buyer not completing, Michelle and her team still managed to jump in and get a rapid sale. Thank you. "

The staff were all very helpful in any thing I wanted to know

I would definitely recommend Michelle Stephens and her team. This was not my first time selling a home with Michelle but since having several transactions with her I knew from day 1 she was an agent that knows her business. She came to my initial meeting with very helpful information and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate in the current changing market. She works VERY hard for her clients and best of all, gets results. Friendly and professional, shes always prompt in answering my questions, proactive in the process of selling, and her communication was as if I was her only client. Thank you Michelle and your wonderful support team! I can see why you have been voted number #1 agent and I feel I have a business relationship with you that will last a lifetime.

Thanks Michelle ! Amazing job from you and your team... Cheers, Ivan and Eve

Michelle is a workaholic which is what we needed in this housing climate. We were nervous seeing houses going for less than in previous years but Michelle worked hard to get us the price we were hoping for from the start.
