What can I say about Michelle Stephens, other than she is the best Agent I have ever dealt with. I have sold and bought a few homes in my time, and have never ever met such an amazing passionate Agent. The moment Michelle walked through our door, instantly we knew she was the one. Michelle helped us in every way she could, she listened to us to what we wanted and needed to make this sale a success and she was not going to settle for anything less. We put our home up on the market, went live on realestate.com on the Tuesday, Wednesday the board went up at lunchtime, 5.30pm we had an open, by 800pm, the house was sold for $100,000 more than our reserve in mind. What can we say….Michelle came to our house and we were in awe of her super vibrant personality and professionalism. At the time we arranged to meet with Michelle to have her value our home we were unsure of it’s true market value. We explained we had already spoken with two other agents who really didn’t leave us with much of an impression at all and also undervalued our house drastically…..they told us high 500’s to low 600’s. When we told Michelle , she said “Your kidding” ….that is so undervaluing your beautiful home….I can tell you now this house is worth at least mid to high 600’s. She also said it wouldn’t take long at all to sell. The proof was in the pudding so to speak….she showed us several coloured brochures of homes she had sold in our estate for record prices. Michelle is a great agent who goes above and beyond to get you every possible last dollar, she was the only agent I looked at in our area because she was selling so many property's for prices that I could only dream of.
