I have sold and bought a few homes in my time, and have never ever met such an amazing passionate Agent. The moment Michelle walked through our door, instantly we knew she was the one. We put our home up on the market, went live on realestate.com on the Tuesday, Wednesday the board went up at lunchtime, 5.30pm we had an open, by 800pm, the house was sold for $100,000 more than our reserve in mind. We were absolutely astounded and so happy and overjoyed with the price, not only were we happy, Michelle and her PA were just as happy for us and stayed back at the office till 830pm that night, not caring what time it was, as long as they got what we wanted. What can we say….Michelle came to our house and we were in awe of her super vibrant personality and professionalism. At the time we arranged to meet with Michelle to have her value our home we were unsure of it’s true market value. We explained we had already spoken with two other agents who really didn’t leave us with much of an impression at all and also undervalued our house drastically…..they told us high 500’s to low 600’s. When we told Michelle , she said “Your kidding” ….that is so undervaluing your beautiful home….I can tell you now this house is worth at least mid to high 600’s. She also said it wouldn’t take long at all to sell. The proof was in the pudding so to speak….she showed us several coloured brochures of homes she had sold in our estate for record prices. Well we went through all the motions and had our home in tip top condition for the 1st open for inspection and it sold on that day for the fabulous price of $660,000.
