We'd heard about Michelle from online reviews and Google searches, but to experience Michelle (and her wonderful team) first hand is something else! Our sales campaign started off with a bang and we received detailed feedback (sometimes as late as 9pm on a Saturday!) which was helpful without being judgmental. When we reached a bit of a lull, to be honest we could easily have just thrown in the towel. Michelle talked us through some options and when these were implemented, just like that we got a sale.............and got pretty close to the high end of our price range.
