Whilst I can appreciate that real estate is a business, I found in my previous dealings with realtors that there was a perpetual lack of sensitivity to the emotional implications and attachment a vendor may have in selling their home. The team at O’Brien Real Estate were incredibly delicate and respectful in their approach. They were always contactable and consistently provided me with updates throughout the entirety of the process, which was very reassuring as I was already finding the situation quite challenging. I am incredibly grateful to have had Michelle, Emma and Tamara’s support and assistance in the sale of my home.
