We dealt with Michelle and her team when recently purchasing a property. The process was made easy by their quick and reliable communication and good knowledge of the property and vendor. The sale was negotiated quickly and they have been pleasant to deal with during the settlement period.

Michelle and her team deserve a 5-star review. As a first-time seller, my husband and I had very limited knowledge about how it works. From the first phone to settlement, Michelle and her team demonstrated consistency in their professionalism, communication, and willingness to go far and beyond to get the best result. Michelle has very good knowledge of the area, and her advice was very helpful regarding timing, price range and pre-selling preparation. All their team members were very patient.

Michelle and her team were responsive, attentive and understanding.

Michelle and her team were lovely to deal with. They were very helpful helping me find somewhere to purchase and communication was always very prompt and informative. They were more than happy to answer my questions and helped me organise building and pest inspections and made the home available to measure for carpets. The team definatley made the process a lot easier!

We recently invited Michelle to our property to talk to her regarding the prospective sale of our investment property. We found Michelle to be a step ahead of us as she came prepared with data regarding comparative sales around the area of Carrum Downs. Long story short ... Michelle delivered the goods as promised. We could not be happier. The team around Michelle is quite obviously a well oiled and experienced team. Now the question of whether we would engage her again .... Since we have a farm to sell, we can't think of anyone else but Michelle and her team. Would I recommend her? Why wouldn't you. Michelle is an excellent, confident and very successful agent with a team around her who make the challenges look ordinary. Michelle, Tamara, Emily and the team....THANK YOU. H&C

Michelle and her team managed to turn around a very stressful house chasing experience to a positive and enjoyable experience.

Friendly and easy to talk to made the process easy and got the job done.

Michelle and her team did a great job selling my property. Michelle gave sound advice on our renovations to maximise the house property value and offered an appealing selling strategy and price range which she delivered on. The house was sold within the first two weeks at a great price. I could see the high level of effort that Michelle and her team put in with a very positive and friendly approach and the communication was great. I would work with Michelle and her team again.

Michelle made the selling of my property easy and supported me throughout the whole process. Michelle was efficient and professional, would highly recommend her to anyone needing to selling their home.

Thankyou to Michelle and her team. Buying my first property was a daunting task but Michelle's team were fantastic in communication, they kept me informed and answered any questions.

I cannot speak highly enough of Michelle and her team. At all times they were courteous and friendly. Every meeting had a positive outcome. Michelle laid out a plan, which we agreed to, and with the first opening our property sold. We did not anticipate that it would go so smoothly. Would recommend to anyone wishing to purchase or sell.

A challenging sale but Michelle and her professional team were extremely supportive and encouraging throughout. Communication was always good and they are fast movers. A big thank you from us - a good end result !
