Michelle and her team were simply amazing to work with - there is constant communication and faith in them selling your property. As a first time seller, I found Michelle extremely professional, knowledgeable with the market and surpassed all my expectations by selling within a number of weeks but also taking the stress away from the sales process.
We bought the house with Michelle few years ago and have recently sold our house with her. We really enjoy working with her. She communicates well and responses quickly . Thank you so much for your help and advice.

My experience selling my property with Michelle at O'Brien Real Estate Carrum Downs was fabulous. She knows the area well and she and her team were incredibly helpful, quickly responsive to my questions and provided regular updates regarding potential buyers. I was very happy with the sale price she achieved. I highly recommend Michelle if you are thinking of selling.
I have had the pleasure of both selling and buying with Michelle. She is friendly and professional.
Michelle exceeded all my expectations. Her freindly approach and bubbly personality is rivalled by no other. Being a first time seller, this has been a stressful experience but having Michelle and her team in my court has certainly made things much smoother. Michelle and her team are top grade and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
