Apart from negotiating the final sale price I had no direct interaction with Michelle. I spoke with different people at two inspections and via email communications. As a first home buyer I'm not sure how these interactions should be rated but I had hoped for something a bit more supportive.
Super knowledgably and added a lot of value to the sales process in terms of advice, suggestions and guidance. Professional and customers focused with a fantastic support team as well.
Michelle has been an absolute pleasure to deal with during the purchase of our property. She was always ready to assist us at a phone calls notice, no matter how big or small the task. If you want a genuine home buying/selling experience and not just another transaction, come and speak to Michelle!
Michelle was a great negotiator and would help both seller and buyer (myself as buyer). She was a great advocate for both parties and Michelle and her team could be contacted at anytime to ask any questions. The team were very professional and easy to communicate with.

We listed our property off market and it sold in about 5 weeks. We had numerous showings and most of these were a result of O'Brien's been able to draw upon their list of people looking for a property in our area. At all times Michelle keep us fully informed and up to date with what was happening and was prompt and on time to be present for the showings. I also had dealings with other people from the agency , Lenny , Tamara , Crissie and recently Maddie. All of these people were very pleasant and professional to deal with.
