Mike Leo has been fantastic and I did not want to use any other agent as Mike’s company has previously managed my property and did a great job at it. There was no better service as I have done my research prior to hiring Mike years back and he was recommended to me by someone. I was very happy with how my property was marketed and Mike even suggested we used the existing photos which we used when we advertised to get a tenant in to save costs. Mike is conscious of the costs and made sure it is economical for me. Mike kept me informed all the way on a regular basis by phone, email and SMS and if there was an issue he reached out right away to tell me about it so I can sort it our asap. I would say Mike is a very friendly, positive and approachable person and it is very easy to deal with him. His experience helped into negotiating a better deal for me even when one offer fell through. He was able to negotiate right away with another buyer and got me an even better offer which was right within my expectations. The property sold very quick in my view as I was expecting a much longer time so Mike did fantastic to get offers very quick after openings. The price he got for the sale was extremely realistic and right within my expectations. It was actually at the top end of the bracket which was amazing. I would absolutely recommend Mike to family and friends or anyone I know given that he done a fantastic job both looking after the property and selling the property and saved me some money in the process.
