We followed Mike’s advice on how to market our property and although we have bought and sold many properties you still need current advice. Mike didn’t overestimate the price or underestimate the time frame needed to sell. In the end Mike achieved more than we had even hoped for in both aspects. Mike was always easy to contact and kept us updated all the way through. The whole sale process was made so smooth for us by Mike and his team. We will certainly recommend him to our friends and family and will use him again ourselves.
