Mike came to my first meeting very well prepared with local property reports, a marketing campaign and strategy around our potential target market, copies of the sales brochure which were both impressive and comprehensive, suggestions for a “twilight” photo shoot and lots of ideas and suggestions and examples on his iPad. Mike Lao sold our daughter's house at first open with over 200 groups through and 5 offers. When we wanted to sell our rental property I was convinced by other agents that they had all these people on their books and could get well above asking price. Well gave them 2 weeks each to come up with a contract. One even expecting us to renovate bathrooms and kitchen. Family were concerned about using Mike Lao as he did not have offices in the area.
