Mike worked well with me to ensure a quick sale of the property due to personal circumstances, he understood my expectations and did his best to meet them. I first met Mike at an open for another property we were viewing, and was impressed at the professionalism and care taken at the open. This stuck in my mind as down the track we also decided to put our property on the market and wanted an agent that did care. The first meeting I was given ample information on the market trends in the area and what has sold, also advised of the different marketing ways available. Great info to decide on where to go from here. Mike met our requirements with how we wanted to sell as we did not want the whole neighbourhood to know of our intentions. With a few bumps in the road the house sold within a few weeks of putting it on the market within the desired price range, and not to many headaches.
