I recently bought an investment property, which was in a state, to say the least. Given the covid19 situation, everything was done via email and over the phone. Every request I made was answered promptly and without hassles. The whole process was very transparent and easy. It was only when the property settled and I saw Mitch in the office did I realise I had never met him. Yet I felt that I did.
