Once listed the house had quite a number of viewers prior to the First Offer being accepted which was in a very short listing period. The offer wasn't too far away from what we had asked for but did come with a Punch List they requested to be under taken but due to our initial discussion with Mitch and the lower offer than the Listed Price I was only prepared to under take the minor defects. Mitch discussed this with purchaser and this was agreed to. Mitch offered a number of Settlement Agents in the area and the one we chose was very easy to Deal with and the Deal was completed in very quick time. If we had to go through this again we would go through with the LJHOOKER TEAM again.
