Honestly Bianca was incredible and just because we have the same name hehe. Nothing was ever to hard or a bother. Goes above and beyond what is needed to be done. Not a typical over talker, pushy sales person. Honestly the most down to earth, easy going lady ever. I could not recommend Bianca enough i would not use anyone else in the future.

What can I say - from her questionable playlist at the home open to her outstanding communication and great sense of humour, she made the whole process surprisingly enjoyable. If you’re buying or selling, she’s genuinely one of the few agents I’d recommend without hesitation for either transaction. #GBT 😂

Bianca made selling our house at the price we wanted a priority & a breeze. After interviewing the top 5 agents in Baldivis we knew we were in the best hands with Bianca. She went above and beyond with her service and was always available. We were under contract within 3 days of advertising. We were Very impressed with the quality of marketing but the also price. We took a liking to Bianca and her non-stereotypical real estate agent-ness very quickly, and as busy people we trusted her professional recommendations at every turn. We sold when our area was in a buyers market frenzy and there was a lot of interest - we even had other real estate agents trying to swoop in and yet Bianca did the dance with professionalism and also friendly humour. Within hours of going live, Bianca popped in and showed me (a very organised) email folder of all the enquiries she'd recieved so far. We had a few offers/ conversations on the go when Bianca asked me what our "lotto price" was - the selling price we'd feel we'd won the lotto with, and straight out told an interstate buyer and they signed to it! I still cannot believe the INCREDIBLE price we got for our house! Moving forward all communication with said interstate buyers was through their agent (who would only converse during his 9-5 time zone, and the building inspector they hired cited issues that related to the current building standards, but not the standard for time of the build which created A HEAP of stress and to-do's in getting the job done! All the while, Bianca was our life coach in calming us that it will be sorted, and kept us focused on the vision of living in our new, happy home. I still feel guilty thinking about the duration of time she spent on the phone to these people, and reaching out to her contacts for suggestions to get this house settled! Also, the photographer she recommended was exceptional (I was so in love with the photos, I wondered why we were selling). I wouldn't doubt that this was probably one of the most painful buyers Bianca has experienced but I'm so grateful for the manner in which she got the job done! After doing many appraisals with different agents, Bianca was a breath of fresh air and I'd choose her again in a heart beat! Bianca, you really are "Big Business" - inside joke.
