My brother and I used Bill to sell two units on the one block where the timing and sequencing of the sales was paramount to the outstanding price and result benchmark we sought. The process threw up challenges at the planning stage , during the campaign stages , in the final week of the auction and on the auction day itself. There were also some adverse market conditions via media etc during June and July of 2017. Bill communicated twice a week formally and held weekly meetings during the campaign and advised of changes to marketing and approach to offers up to and including on auction day. Each of Bills advised decisions produced the desired stimulus and outcome we wanted - including in our belief the achievement of a record results for the area for the type and age of properties offered up by us. This is why I do not hesitate to say that you cant get a better agent than Bill. Naturally I would urge anyone to engage Bill if they are thinking of selling or buying real estate.
