He didn’t use the typical tactics other agents use to condition us as vendors into selling at a lower price (especially given the current climate with COVID19 where all sales have become harder to close for agents), instead he worked with us to achieve the best price we could get. He listened to us, remained honest and transparent with us throughout the entire process. He educated us and insisted we remain patient even when our property passed in at auction because the right buyer will be right around the corner. He then managed to shock us when he managed to get us significantly higher than our reserve price. To top it all off, he even found us a new home which we purchased within the same week of selling.
