I couldn’t recommend Bill McNamara more highly as an agent to both sellers and buyers. He is a man of great integrity, with unsurpassed local knowledge of the real estate market in Port Macquarie. Given that the property I was selling was zoned for holiday letting only, not permanent letting nor an apartment for purchasers to live in, I thought that the market would be quite limited. I was expecting that the property would take months to sell, if not longer. I put it on the market just before I went on an overseas holiday and Bill had a firm offer before I even got home. Bill handled the whole sale, as I did not reside in Port Macquarie, even recommending a local conveyancing firm which also did an excellent job. As stated previously Bill is everything you want in an agent.
