I actually first met Bill during the process of inspecting properties for purchase 3 or so years ago. Both my wife and I were in the market for a property and we were constantly frustrated by the lack of follow-up from the agents selling these properties so it was incredibly refreshing that one of the properties we (actually I) was interested in buying was represented by Bill. It was during this process of dealing with Bill that I quickly began to appreciate his truly professional level of service. His follow-up was a step above the other agents we had dealt with and there was a distinct impression in my mind that he wasn’t playing us in any way (which agents are notorious for). We didn’t finish up buying the property simply because my wife didn’t like it, but I finally found an agent I truly respected and someone that I wanted to use whenever it came the time to sell our property.
