They organised all trades to prepare the property for sale, Not being there and having someone you can truely put trust in, Is very rare these days. The property was presented by them so well it sold within the first week. Bill got us a better than expected price for the home and the contract of sale went through without a hitch. I truely believe the Southport First National team went above and beyond what any agent has done for us before and i can't thank them enough.
