Michele’s sales career began early in a large family-run bakery in the heart of London, where she developed a genuine passion for customer service and relationship-driven sales. After completing a Bachelor of Humanities at the University of London, Michele built a successful career in recruitment before relocating to Australia. In Australia, Michele quickly established herself in senior sales roles within major Telco and IT organisations including Link Telecommunications, Alcatel and IBM, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios and securing long-term Blue Chip contracts across multiple industry sectors. Her success was driven by an ability to listen, tailor solutions, and deliver outcomes that benefit all parties — skills that culminated in one of her career highlights: involvement in the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. After taking time out to raise her three sons, Michele moved to the Gold Coast in 2006 and founded Neo Property in 2007, launching the business from a home office. What began as a family venture has grown into a leading Gold Coast real estate agency defined by a family-led approach, genuine relationships, and long-term client care. Today, Neo Property is proudly led by Michele alongside her sons Liam and Henry, specialising in residential sales, property management, and investment strategies.
