Bill managed the sale of our house in Wakerley through a difficult Christmas and Covid interrupted period, including negotiating with tenants, managing inspections and finalising a sale. He kept us informed and recommended other professional services to assist the sale. Bill works for Harcourts, who had managed the rental through tenant selection, regular inspections and payments with diligence and efficiency.
While we were looking for the right house we did deal with multiple agents and I can honestly say that Bill was absolutely fantastic. We found the house on a website on Wednesday and Bill managed to organise private inspection the following day. He answered all our questions patiently, if Bill was not sure about the answer he would contact the owner of the house. Absolutely great communication! We never felt time pressured during inspections Very efficient with communications between owner/buyer and it feels like Bill truly cares for what he’s doing. During the whole process of buying our first home he was following up and we felt super comfortable with our first home purchase (I thought it will be terrifying :) Overall we are super pleased with our experience with Bill Woodard and should we buy/sell in future I’d love to deal with him again
