22 real estate agents in Gumdale, QLD, 4154

After two unsuccessful attempts to sell our home with different agents, we decided to give Tyson and his team at Sotheby's one final opportunity. Thanks to their hard work, dedication, and professionalism, our home was finally sold. Tyson and his team are consistent, thorough, hardworking, honest, and genuinely listen to their clients. They kept us informed throughout the process and worked tirelessly to achieve a successful outcome. Thanks to Tyson and his team, our family can now move on to the next chapter with confidence and excitement. We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Tyson's professionalism, industry knowledge and coordinated approach was seamless. It was a pleasure to work with the Sotheby Team! Thank you

We have known Tyson for many years in the local Chandler/ Gumdale area and have viewed dozens of houses with him over the years. Despite not buying anything after so many years and so much of his time, he was always warm and helpful with us. That’s why I was so glad to finally buy a home with him and lucky to receive his first-class service.

Todd has great knowledge of properties in Gumdale and surrounding suburbs. He and his team are very effective at marketing and he has great negotiations skills. He is very approachable, down to earth and honest. Very happy with the process as a whole.

Todd sold 2 properties for me, one in Carindale and the latest sale in Gumdale. With both I indicated a price expectation. In both he advised me the properties were worth more. In both he achieved significantly more. Across both properties expectations were exceeded by about $600,000.No cheap sale for a quick commission. Still, each were less than 60 days from launch to settlement. Obviously the commissions were money very well spent. Very professional, honest, well organised and efficient.

Todd got the job done within 1 week of our first open home! Todd's experience in the industry was confirmed with our house going under contract within 1 week of our first open home! Todd's communication, knowledge and experience is a given. The contacts he gave us prior to listing to get the house sale ready were helpful and allowed us to work seamlessly with about 5 trades, all working together within a matter of weeks, no long waiting games! For selling homes in Wakerley and Gumdale, Todd has the contacts, the clientele and the knowledge. It might be a slightly higher commission percentage than other agents, sure, but its irrelevant when your house sells, with an outstanding price and quickly. It was nothing short of a smooth process, with Todd working behind the scenes to negotiate on pricing and settlement so we didn't have to do anything. Claudia his co-partner, is extremely helpful with any questions you have, gets back to you immediately and takes the stress out of the sale process. They're a great team, work well together, know their stuff and going to another agent shouldn't be a question! We also bought the house through Todd and Claudia 5 years ago, and their professionalism, communication, was just as good. So being on the buyer or seller end, you will recieve a 10/10 service!

This is our 3rd sale/purchase with Fraser, absolute professional at all times, always contactable, knows the market like no other. See you next time!

We recently had the pleasure of engaging Fraser Evans to sell our family home of 15 years. His calm and understanding manner was comforting throughout the whole process. His down to earth approach and knowledge of the area made us feel we were given the best professional advice available. Would highly recommend his team. professional advice
