Bill is one of the best agents in the greater Springfield area. He thinks outside of the box when it comes to marketing and selling property. Our land was a difficult sell due to slope yet Bill kept working on ideas until he secured a contract. We had tried to sell the land off and on over 7 years and have tried most agents in the area, but they were all underwhelming and lost interest within months on being unable to secure a sale. Bill kept working on sale over 6 months before he secured our first buyer, and when their offer fell through on finance, he secured another buyer in under a week.
